Armando Daltro

Armando’s result speaks volumes for just how good a surfer he is, becoming the World Champion of the WQS in 2000 and for filling a lifetimes dream to surf on the World Tour he has all the knowledge and experience to pass onto everyone looking to learn. Since retiring from the competitive circuit and becoming a partner in CTS he now focuses full time on helping other people get the same enjoyment out of the sport he loves so much.

Dean Worsfold

Having learnt to surf at CTS himself some 5 years ago whilst on holiday in Salvador things have never been the same. “CTS was where the love affair started for me and I’m stoked to be able to share that with other people now” comments Dean. Having  completed his ISA and beach life guard qualification and spent some time coaching in England with Surf Steps he jumped and the chance to return to CTS. “The sun shines all year round, the waves pump all year round, why would I want to go anywhere else” comments Dean.

Erica Guimaraes

It’s not always been easy for a woman to be involved in such a male dominated sport but Erica has been stoked to see the tide turn and see the woman’s side of surf evolve as much as it has in recent years. Having grown up in Salvador Erica has seen first hand the number of woman wanting to learn to surf has increased year after year and is looking forward to this growing even more. Having spent some time around Europe to develop her surfing and learn English she’s stoked to be back home in Salvador. “A surfer spends so much time travelling looking for the best waves but nothing beats being back in Salvador” comments Erica.
